Please ensure you retain your order confirmation email as this is your proof of purchase and some of the information contained therein will be required to redeem your voucher.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
Your voucher can only be redeemed towards Rock Choir Membership Fees and can only be redeemed in full in a single transaction towards a term or terms scheduled within the following 12 months.
We are unable to give you cash for the value of your voucher as they cannot be returned or refunded.
A gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not redeem your voucher within this period it will expire.
Payments towards terms that are made using a gift voucher will not be refunded if you choose to retire your membership.

How to Use Your Rock Choir Gift Voucher
To redeem your voucher, please contact the Rock Choir office at [email protected] with your Rock Choir Membership Number (starts RC in your members area), the Order ID on your confirmation email, the purchaser's name, your full name and the term you wish to redeem the voucher against. We will apply the value of your voucher to your membership and then cancel the voucher ID.
